Shearing and Sheet Punching System
This line solution system is a big one: 45 meters long, 15 meters wide. It has 3 different productions lines integrated: one shearing line and two punching lines. The punching lines are identical and they are fed in turns to match the efficiency of the shearing line. The shearing line produces a dimensioned sheet that is cut from all sides to enable high-precision part manufacturing. This solution is suitable for electrical appliance, construction product, metal furniture, HVAC part, and industrial products manufacturing.
Coil Punching System
The coil punching line is a standard solution for thick sheet metal. It contains a decoiler, straightener, feeder, punching station, cut-to-length shear, and a discharge conveyor. The line is integrated into a roll forming solution at the customer’s site This solution is suitable for construction profile, door frame profile, facade cladding and panel, solar power plant frame, rack and shelving profile, conveyor profile, and car trailer side panel manufacturing.
MPB Multitool Profile/Panel Bender
The MPB can be customized with different console types and several bending tools to manufacture long and complex parts with a single-machine process.
Customer tests up to 4.0 mm mild steel (8 GA), 1.5 mm stainless steel (16 GA), 2.0 mm aluminum (14 GA) and 0.8 mm HSS (21 GA).
