Pivatic is hosting a Technology Days event on the 28th and 29th of May in Hyvinkää, Finland during the best spring season in Finland. This time we will focus on large precision sheet metal parts (over 4m up to 16m) punching from coil, blanks, MPB bending with C-frame and T-frame concepts, and integrated Samesor roll forming and Ursviken tandem press brakes. There is also a possibility for a factory visit of the new Pivatic’s owner, Vaski Group Oy, on the 30th of May in Seinäjoki, Finland as well as reference visits.
We would like to invite you to join the event! Pivatic will pay for the accommodation, food & beverages during the days. The flights and local travel from and back to the airport will be your responsibility.

Vaski Group Oy from Seinäjoki, Finland, a company experiencing robust growth, expands through the acquisition of Pivatic Oy, Hyvinkää, Finland. The consideration paid marks a significant milestone for Vaski as it continues to strengthen its position in the industry and strives for excellence in manufacturing and innovation.

This combination is a merger of equals where both businesses achieved a record recent order backlog of €11 million. After the purchase, the combined sales exceed €25 million and 100 staff.

Teknologiateollisuus ry:n Ohutlevytuotteet-toimialaryhmän järjestämät Ohutlevypäivät järjestetään huhtikuussa 2024 Seinäjoella. Ohutlevypäivät on suunnattu ohutlevytuotteiden suunnittelusta, valmistuksesta ja käytöstä sekä opetustoimesta vastaaville henkilöille sekä muille ohutlevytuotteita käyttävien loppuvalmistajien ja alihankintateollisuuden ammattilaisille. Ohjelmassa aiheita tänä vuonna mm. teknologiateollisuuden näkymät, innovatiiviset ratkaisut tulevaisuuden koneseurantaan ja raportointiin, lujien terästen käyttö autojen korirakenteissa, ja useita yritysvierailumahdollisuuksia.
