Pivatic Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Elgin, IL developing business/sales for North America.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities
- Acquire new customers and manage and implement sales activities to close deals, and
- grow sales pipeline
- Manage existing customer relationships in North America
- Work actively with customers and the technical team to analyze and develop B2B end-product solutions for new customers
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to increase market share
- Build strong customer relationships, track, and manage customer meetings and negotiations
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to identify customer and market opportunities, and share the information with the Pivatic Inc team to improve business offerings
- Minimum 50% travel domestically plus occasional international travel.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Good understanding of precision machine tools and high-volume sheet metal component production lines.
- Demonstrable experience in solution-selling automated production lines.
- Demonstrable experience with electric busbar manufacturing.
- Good sales prospecting and presenting capabilities.
- You work well with a support team to help you close sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support at trade shows and industry events as required.
- Ideally located close to Elgin, IL. Possibility to work remotely if other qualifications match.
- A valid driver’s license and passport are required.
- Good written & verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and a CRM.
