Reliable, quality, innovative… These are some of the terms that our customers used to describe Pivatic in the annual NPS survey*. We’re happy to report that our NPS more than doubled in 2022 to 28 as we strive for continued excellence.
Reliability remains important for our customers, and Pivatic received a score of 4.2 (on a scale of 1-5) in “Reliability as a Partner”. In addition, Pivatic scored 4.51 (1-5) in ‘Quality of Product’ which too, remains a focal point for clients looking for the optimal supplier.

* Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated by asking clients, « How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague? » By scoring their answers on a zero-to-ten scale. The Net Promoter Score is the percentage of customers who are promoters (those who scored 9 or 10) minus the percentage who are detractors (those who scored 0 to 6).
