Annual NPS survey shows continued trust in Pivatic

Reliable, quality, innovative… These are some of the terms that our customers used to describe Pivatic in the annual NPS survey*. We’re happy to report that our NPS more than doubled in 2022 to 28 as we strive for continued excellence.

Reliability remains important for our customers, and Pivatic received a score of 4.2 (on a scale of 1-5) in “Reliability as a Partner”. In addition, Pivatic scored 4.51 (1-5) in ‘Quality of Product’ which too, remains a focal point for clients looking for the optimal supplier.

* Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated by asking clients, « How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague? » By scoring their answers on a zero-to-ten scale. The Net Promoter Score is the percentage of customers who are promoters (those who scored 9 or 10) minus the percentage who are detractors (those who scored 0 to 6).

Ohutlevypäivät 2023

Pivatic osallistuu Teknologiateollisus ry:n Ohutlevytuotteet-toimialaryhmän järjestämiin Ohutlevypäiviin Oulussa. Päivät on suunnattu ohutlevytuotteiden suunnittelusta, valmistuksesta ja käytöstä sekä opetustoimesta vastaaville henkilöille sekä muille ohutlevytuotteita käyttävien loppuvalmistajien ja alihankintateollisuuden ammattilaisille.

Ohjelmassa aiheita tänä vuonna mm. teknologiateollisuuden tulevaisuuden näkymät, tuotannonohjauksen ympäristövaikutuksista, teollisuuden digitalisaatio, ja yritysvierailu asiakkaallemme Meka Pro Oy :lle.

Pivatic and Capital Machine Technologies signed a representation contract for the Southeast United States

We are excited to announce our partnership with Capital Machine Technologies (CMT), a leading distributor of metal fabrication equipment based in Tampa, Florida. CMT will be the exclusive representative of Pivatic’s innovative products in the Southeast United States, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

As Pivatic’s exclusive partner in the Southeast and beyond, CMT will provide customers with access to Pivatic’s state-of-the-art automation solutions. CMT’s experienced sales team will work closely with customers to determine the best solutions for their needs, and their knowledgeable service technicians will provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Pivatic with Jakamo Supplier Experience Platform

A few months ago, Pivatic Oy started using the Jakamo service to improve the purchase order process. Through Jakamo, we create a transparent purchasing process for sharing information with our customers.

Pivatic and JZ-Systems B.V. signed a representation contract for the Dutch-speaking market

Pivatic is looking for growth in the sheet metal market in Benelux countries and has signed a new representative contract with Mr. Arjan Weijs, owner of JZ-Systems B.V., and his colleague Mr. Jack van Arnhem.

The Benelux is an important market for sheet metal machine tools and Pivatic has already an important customer base established in the Benelux. According to the growth strategy, Pivatic is looking for growth and is willing to strengthen its presence in several markets. Mr.Jack van Arnhem and Mr.Arjan Weijs both have a long experience in the sheet metal market and know the market and customers in the territory very well.
